Return & Refund Policy

  • Will I get automatic refund for failed payments?

You will get an automated refund into your original payment source within 7-10 working days.

  • Only Damage or wrong product received return available refund amount with in 4 to 7 days 

Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, they are processed for shipping.

Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for Received a wrong or damaged item? unused, unwashed items with original tags. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

Replacements:
Received a wrong or damaged item? We’ll replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. 



Refund:


Once we receive the returned parcel, we will process your refund immediately. We strive to complete this process as efficiently as possible, ensuring you get your refund without undue delay. The processing time may vary slightly depending on your bank's procedures, but we'll initiate the refund as soon as the returned item is inspected and approved.
