  • Will I get automatic refund for failed payments?

You will get an automated refund into your original payment source within 7-10 working days.

  • Only Damage or wrong product received return available refund amount with in 4 to 7 days 

Refunds are issued only for eligible returns received in unused, original condition.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Mode of Refund: The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Non-refundable Items: Sale items, custom orders, and items returned without tags are not eligible.

  • Shipping Charges: Are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
